1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Artwork can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, including any certificates of authenticity.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Custom-made or personalized artwork.
  • Artwork that has been damaged or altered after delivery by the customer.
  • Artwork that is not in its original packaging and condition.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at within the 14-day return window.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Artwork must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. and must be in the original packaging.

4. Shipping and Handling Fees:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the artwork is damaged upon arrival.
Shipping and handling fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned artwork, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it is in its original condition.
If the artwork passes inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Artwork:
If the artwork you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Refund Exceptions:
If the artwork is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to deny the return and issue a partial refund or no refund at all.
